Booking Process

 

 

If your order is confirmed in the week of the event (less than 7 days), 100% payment is required upfront.

Please note:  If your party is finalised on short notice, no guarantee can be given with respect to equipment, venue, catering or entertainer's availability.

Where order is placed more than 14 days before the event date a 50% payment is required is required to confirm your order, the balance to be paid the Monday before the event on finalisation of numbers of guests.

Final numbers for guests should be confirmed the Monday, (before 12 noon, please), the week of your event.

We reserve the right to not deliver, where full payment has not been made, or payment is made less than 3 days before the event date. Hedgehog Lane cannot guarantee orders where payment is made less than 3 days before the event date.

Hedgehog Lane will use their discretion and may supply substitute items where Hedgehog Lane has been prevented from finalising orders with their suppliers due to late payment.
