Security deposit refund process

 

 

Hired items. Once returned the hired items are checked, washed and returned to the warehouse. The logistics manager returns a confirmation of safe return slip to the admin office which then processes this and notifies the client that a refund is due.

The above process usually takes 5 working days. The admin office will process any refunds due on the 1st working day following the 5 working day period as above.

Please supply your banking details via an email for a refund of the security deposit. We cannot process a refund without this information.
